The essence of selling is not tricking or persuading — it’s about providing a service or product that others find useful, built on a foundation of trust.

Ideally, the product you’re offering is something you’ve created yourself, based on your own expertise. That makes it authentic. You need to have publicity, keep showing up. Keep sharing information. Keep offering content that’s genuinely useful to others. Even if you’re not yet an expert, it’s still worth sharing. People appreciate honesty and value. Your insights may already help someone who’s just a step behind you.

Selling, at its best, is simply this: give value, build trust, and let that relationship drive everything else.
