• 设计公司整体愿景和所有战略，确保传达给所有利益相关方，不仅是管理层，包括所有员工，不仅是公司内部人，包括股东、消费者、商户和合作伙伴；
• 招到并留住最优秀的人；
• 确保公司之中要有足够的资金。
