Services

AI agents are becoming a new way customers find, evaluate, and buy from businesses. A website that works for people does not automatically work for agents. Agent-readiness services close that gap: they make a business discoverable to agents, understandable to machines, and operable end to end — so an agent can complete real tasks, not just read pages.

The three dimensions

1. Discoverability — Can agents find the business and its offerings at all? Crawlable pages, a clean site structure, and an explicit machine-readable overview of the site (such as llms.txt).

2. Understandability — Can agents correctly interpret what the business offers? Structured information and catalogs, consistent service and pricing pages, and unambiguous terms an agent can reason over.

3. Operability — Can agents get things done? API adapters and MCP endpoints, plus workflows for quotes, bookings, and orders, tested end to end with real agents. This is the layer where the commercial value sits.

How an engagement works

Step 1 — Agent Readiness Audit. A fixed protocol of standard revenue tasks (find a product, get a price, request a quote, book, order) attempted by real agents against the site, scored across the three dimensions on a 100-point scale. The deliverable is a scorecard, not an opinion.

Step 2 — Build. Close the gaps the audit found: structured information, agent-readable service and pricing pages, API and MCP adapters, and transaction workflows.

Step 3 — Re-test. Repeat the audit protocol on a regular cycle. Agent capabilities and platforms change fast; readiness is maintained, not achieved once.

Who this is for

Small and mid-sized businesses, B2B distributors and wholesalers, and any business with a large catalog or bookable services — businesses whose customers will increasingly arrive through agents.
